This department is comprised of the Administrator and Accounts Clerk. They are in charge of all our office administration and finance. The Administrator provides office support to ZCMA and is vital for the smooth running of daily operations.

The marketing team is comprised of the Head of Marketing, Lead Consultants and Ambassadors. They promote the programs and assist Ministers to become members of the Association.

The mandate of ZNC is bridging churches for a better future. The department is run by a National Coordinator and its members are the affiliates which include churches, ministries and para-church organizations that choose to be part of the network. The purpose of ZNC is to serve, support and strengthen an increasing network of Zimbabwean churches and ministries across the nations, serving God and impacting their communities for Christ. The vision of ZNC is to see strong, diverse Churches planted and existing ministries resourced and growing.

Peacemaker council is a department that provides arbitration, mediation support and conciliation services through church fathers, peace practitioners and conciliators helping churches, organizations, families, couples and businesses with all manner of disputes.

It provides a pathway to ordination Program to unordained founders of ministries, all chaplains and market place ministers. It also organizes the ordination ceremonies, run programs for the ordained ministers as well as confirms and recommends members. This department works with the support of the National Ordination Council to provide standard and credential services for ministry and keeps the NOC’s records and registers.

INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES (ISS) Supports our members and families in Diaspora through Home connect through various services that give them a peace of mind that their families and properties back home are well taken care of. The services offered are as follows;

➢ Empowerment of supporting staff
➢ Pastoral care provision for your loved ones, grocery deliveries and medical supplies etc.
➢ Conducting ministry tasks in Zimbabwe including meetings, events and travelling arrangements

This department focuses on empowering ZCMA members by providing them with beneficial programs to improve their effectiveness in ministry. These programs have been designed in a manner that benefits all ministers in their diverse ministries such as the following;
➢ Bishop Bursary Fund- gives financial support to ministers undergoing upgrading trainings.
➢ Single Ministers platform-provides fellowship, education and support to single Ministers.
➢ Widowed Ministers’ platform- empowers widowed Ministers.
➢ Pastors’ kids’ platform- is a forum that empowers, disciple and minister to Pastors’ kids.
➢ Business Hub- is a platform that teaches Ministers not to be dependent ant on church income only through equipping them with knowledge to run other programs and businesses that can aid them financially.
➢ National Evangelist Forum- encourages and equips Evangelists to function in their calling well and fulfil their God given mandate.
➢ Women in ministry platform- equips lady Pastors and wives of Pastors with necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in ministry and also provide adequate support to their husbands in ministry.
➢ Welfare of Ministers - advocates for the needs of the Ministers as well assist in the provisions of medical aids facilities and other services.

This department is in charge of public relations, media and publications. It professionally shapes the organization’s image and builds the brand as well as spread the ZCMA’s messages. We also offer services under the media and publications for our members which includes;

ZCMA is has thoroughly led in church development in Zimbabwe by offering organizations with research services. This department is responsible for the research of programs that benefit ZCMA, their evaluation as well as the monitoring of those programs that are already running for well informed decision making. The management of partners supporting grants for the programs offered by ZCMA is also conducted by this department.

CPC is a community of hope which works with the Zimbabwe Chaplaincy Board (ZCB). It is responsible for pastoral care and spiritual nourishment for all people from different walks of life. It also empowers our Ministers to be self-sufficient as we provide them with the necessary support and guidance. A chaplain provides spiritual care, support and guidance to those serving in different sectors as follows;

This department’s focus is to equip Ministers and leaders for service by providing upgrading training programs. It supervises two institutions of learning which are: A. Zimbabwe Christian Ministers Training Institute (ZCMTI) offering the following professional development programs;

This department mainly focus on character building of the Ministers as well as promote ministerial code of ethics and good practices in the body of Christ. The department is also in charge of handling all disciplinary issues of church Ministers across the body as a means of protecting the integrity of the church body.

This department is committed to serving married couples and those engaged to be married with its focus on developing Godly life skills that strengthen the family. MMZ encompasses the National Marriages Officers Network and all the programs and services offered are deigned to equip and enrich the lives of families. The services offered include:
